THC in one tablespoon of cannabutter
Down the side, the THC on your flower’s label. Across the top, how much flower went into one cup of butter. Each cell is the range for one tablespoon, then how many 5 mg servings that tablespoon makes, cut so none is stronger than 5 mg.

Decarb
| Oven | Time | Converts |
|---|---|---|
| 200 °F / 93 °C | 60–90 min | 70–85% |
| 220 °F / 104 °C | 45–60 min | 80–92% |
| 240 °F / 115 °C | 30–45 min | 85–95% |
| 250 °F / 121 °C | 25–30 min | 85–95% |

| 280 °F / 138 °C | 12–18 min | 80–92% |
240 °F is the standard. Longer is not safer: past the peak, THC turns into CBN and does not come back.

Descriptive, not a recommendation. New to edibles, or new to this batch: start at the low end.
Eat one serving. Wait two hours. Then decide.
- Label every jar with what it is, the date and the strength.
- Keep it cold, dark and out of reach of children.
If someone ate it by accident
- It is a child — call emergency services or poison control now, do not wait and see.
- A pet ate it — call a vet immediately. Dogs are far more sensitive than people.
