Overnight oats
Assembled in a jar the night before, eaten cold. No heat anywhere in the process, which makes it the gentlest thing on the site for an infusion.

Set your infusion strength
Tell the site how strong your butter or oil is and every recipe rewrites its ingredient amounts to match.
Ingredients
2 tbsp infused coconut oil
Set your infusion strength above and this splits into infused and plain coconut oil to hit whatever dose you want.
- 1 cuprolled oats
- 1 cupoat or almond milk
- 2 tbspchia seeds
- 2 tbspmaple syrup
- ½ tspground cinnamon
- salt — a pinch
- 1 cupberries or sliced banana — to serve
Method
- 01
Melt the infused coconut oil to just liquid and whisk it into the milk with the maple syrup, cinnamon and salt. Whisk properly — coconut oil will seize into flecks against cold milk if you rush it, and flecks are uneven doses.
- 02
Stir in the oats and chia seeds until there is no dry oat left anywhere.
- 03
Divide between two jars, seal, and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight.

- 04
Stir well before eating and top with fruit. Some separation overnight is normal; stirring fixes it.
Built on
Standard overnight oats: equal parts rolled oats and liquid by volume, rested at least four hours.
Every recipe here names the conventional ratio underneath it. The cannabis part is a fat substitution, not new chemistry — so if the base is sound and the substitution is sound, the recipe is sound.

Before you eat it
- These are estimates, not lab results. Treat the low end as the honest number and the high end as the thing to plan around.
- Start with one serving and wait two hours. Edibles take 30 to 120 minutes to come on, and the most common mistake is redosing before the first one lands.
- Test a small piece first. Potency is rarely even across a batch, especially if the infusion was not mixed thoroughly.
- Label anything you store with the date and the estimated dose, and keep it away from children, pets and anyone who did not ask for it.
- If you overdo it: you are not in danger, but it will be unpleasant. Find somewhere quiet, drink water, and wait it out. Do not drive.
More breakfast
Maple pecan granola
A low, slow granola that bakes gently enough not to punish the infusion. Makes a jar that lasts a fortnight and doses itself by the spoon.
12 servings
Olive oil banana bread
An oil-based loaf rather than a creamed-butter one, which makes it forgiving, one-bowl, and easy to slice into even portions.
10 slices
Cinnamon french toast
Thick-cut bread in a cinnamon custard, with the infused butter worked into a topping rather than cooked into the pan. The skillet gets plain butter; the dose goes on afterward.
